Dr. Simone Vanini

Simone Vanini is currently a Research Fellow in Private Law at the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara.
He graduated with highest honours in the University of Ferrara in July 2016, discussing a thesis in Private Law titled "Preliminary sale of real estate and ordinary revocation action". At the end of March 2020, he obtained, with highest honours, the Ph.D. in European Union Law and National Legal Systems at the University of Ferrara, discussing a thesis on Payment services and liability rules in unauthorized transactions in the light of Directive 2015/2366/EU.
His main research interests relate to the law of obligations and contracts, while dedicating himself to the study of all sectors of Private Law.
