Born in 1999, he obtained his Master's Degree in Law from the University of Trento in July 2023, with honors and special mention, discussing a thesis in criminal law entitled «Corporate criminal liability in the context of artificial intelligence: reflections on the discipline de iure condito and de iure condendo in Italy and Canada» (supervisor Prof. Alessandro Melchionda).
During his university career, he was awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship to spend a semester of study at the Université de Lorraine (France).
He also completed a thesis research period at the Université de Montréal (Canada), during which he was able to deepen his knowledge of the resilience of Canadian law on the criminal liability of legal persons with respect to damage caused by AI systems they produce (supervisor Prof. Anne-Marie Boisvert).

Since November 2023, he has been enrolled in the PhD program in Law of the European Union and National Legal Systems at the University of Ferrara (tutors Proff. Ciro Grandi and Donato Castronuovo).
