Born in Padua in 1998, after obtaining her high school diploma from "Liceo Classico Tito Livio" in Padua with top marks, in October 2022 she graduated in Law from the University of Padua with a score of 110/110 cum laude with honorable mention, discussing a thesis in Criminal Law entitled "Online Hate Speech and the Responsibility of Internet Service Providers," with the supervision of Professor Riccardo Borsari.

She was awarded the "Mille e una lode" merit scholarship for the 2019/2020 academic year and served as an educational and information tutor at the Padua School of Law between 2020 and 2021.

After graduating, she completed a training internship pursuant to Art. 73 of L.D. 69/2013 at the Court of Appeal of Venice in both the Criminal (October 2022 – September 2023) and Civil (September 2023 – May 2024) sectors, alongside forensic practice in Criminal Law.

Since August 2023, she has been a “Cultore della materia” in Criminal Law (IUS/17) at the University of Padua.
In November 2023, she enrolled in the XXXIX cycle of the PhD program in "European Union Law and National Law" at the University of Ferrara. Her research project in Criminal Law is entitled "Freedom of expression on web 3.0: the liability of digital intermediaries for defamatory and hateful content, towards the creation of shared responsibility among network actors”, supervised by Professor Donato Castronuovo and co-supervised by Professor Marco Venturoli.
