Giorgia Bussolin graduated in Law at the University of Ferrara, Rovigo branch, in March 2022 with a score of 110/110 with honors, discussing a thesis entitled "The difficult implementation of the presumption of innocence of the accused at a national and European level", supervised by Professor Francesco Morelli.
On 21 March 2022 she successfully completed the 'Andrea Alciato' path of excellence, a path reserved for particularly deserving jurists who follow a training program with a strong international character and oriented towards 'law in action', obtaining the additional diploma/certificate “Advanced course in international legal training Andrea Alciato”. As part of this course she participated in the Summer school organized by the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara and the Macrocrimes Center - Center for European legal studies on serious crime, entitled "Law, society and the fight against mafia", with the related recognition of 6 CFU upon passing a written exam.
During her studies at the University, she participated in the Erasmus + international mobility program at the host university “Universidade Nova de Lisboa”, obtaining an A2 linguistic certificate in Portuguese and taking several exams in English.
Since August 2022 has been collaborating with the University of Ferrara, for the II level Executive Master 'Public procurement, prevention of corruption, sustainability and innovation'.
Since 1 November 2023 she has been a PhD student (SSD IUS/17), at the University of Ferrara (Department of Law), as part of the 39th cycle of the Doctorate in "European Union Law and National Law".
