Giuseppe Furciniti
Giuseppe Furciniti is a Colonel in the Italian Financial Police (Guardia di Finanza) and currently serves as Head of the Milan Office of the Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate (Direzione Investigativa Antimafia).
He graduated with honors in Law from Sapienza University of Rome, is a qualified lawyer, and holds a PhD in Organized Crime Studies from the University of Milan.
Alongside his institutional duties, he has developed extensive academic and teaching experience. He has held teaching appointments at Italian universities and in advanced training programs on criminal business law, asset prevention measures, anti-money laundering, and the fight against organized crime.
He is the author of numerous publications on the relationship between mafia and business, confiscation, money laundering, corruption, and the protection of the lawful economy.
