Dr. Chiara Gentile
Member of Public Security and Individual Rights cluster
Chiara Gentile graduated in Law from the LUISS Guido Carli University in 2019, with a final grade
of 110/110 cum laude. She discussed a thesis in Constitutional Law entitled "La prescrizione del
reato tra principi costituzionali e vincoli europei" (supervisor: Prof. Raffaele Bifulco; co-supervisor:
Prof. Maurizio Bellacosa).
After her graduation, she served an internship at an International Law Firm and an internship at the
Court of Cassation, first Criminal Section.
Since November 2020, she has been enrolled in the PhD program European Union Law and
national legal systems at the University of Ferrara. Her research project focuses on the
extraterritorial application of fundamental rights.
