Dr. Giulia Cascone

Giulia Cascone is a Maria Skłodowska Curie postdoctoral researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid, where she is conducting a comparative study on the use of artificial intelligence in criminal proceedings.

After graduating, with honours, in law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2017, she obtained her PhD from the same university in 2023, with a thesis entitled “L’investigazione da remoto su dispositivi digitali”.

From 2024 to 2025, she was a research fellow at the University of Ferrara.

She is the author of several scientific papers, including articles, notes on judgments and contributions to collective works.
