Prof. Enrica Martinelli

Enrica Martinelli is an associate professor at the University of Ferrara, where she teaches Law and Religion and Third Sector Entities and Religious Organizations at the Department of Law and Religions and Cultures at the Department of Humanities. She is the coordinator of the Master's Degree Course in Law, site in Rovigo.
She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Comitato scientifico del Centro Interuniversitario FIRD –Forum Internazionale Democrazia & amp; Religioni (http://irc-fidr.it/) and a member of the Steering Committee of the DiReSoM - Diritto e religione nelle società multiculturali (https://diresom.net/).

He has participated in numerous international and national research projects on the main themes of immigration, integration, and religious freedom; the role of religion in pluralistic societies; and the study and combating of religious radicalization processes.
His current research interests include sustainability and religion, bioethics, and intercultural medicine. She is a member of the scientific editorial board of the journal Quaderni di diritto e politica ecclesiastica published by Il Mulino, and also, a member of the scientific committee of the journal Coscienza e Libertà, the official organ of the International Association for the Defense of Religious Freedom.

She is the author of monographs, editor of anthologies, and author of numerous articles and contributions to national and international journals.
