Alberto Avio, degree in law at Univ. of Pisa, PhD in Labour Law and Industrial Relations, is a Labour Law Full Professor in Labour Law at the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara. Since 2015 he has been Deputy Rector for safety and health at work and collective bargaining of University of Ferrara. Since 2018 he has been coordinator of the Degree Course in Legal Services Operator.
Author of four monographs and 80 publications, scientific interests mainly concerned social security, with particular regard to the protection of old age and accidents at work, the protection of workers' inviolable rights and public work.
