Dr. Giulia Rossi

Giulia Rossi graduated with honors in 2023 from the University of Ferrara with a thesis entitled “Life Imprisonment as an Inhuman and Degrading Treatment: The Italian Case in the European Context”.
Currently, she is enrolled in the 39th cycle of the PhD program in European Union Law and National Legal Systems at the University of Ferrara, working on a research project titled “Reparation in Case of Unlawful Appropriation or Destruction of Cultural Heritage in the European and International Context” supervised by Professors Forlati and Annoni.
Since November 2023, Giulia has also been appointed as an assistant in international law at the University of Ferrara.
She has previously held positions as an intern at the European Legal Support Centre (ELSC) and at the Ferrara Court (Criminal Section).
Over the years, she has served as a tutor for distance learning, educational tutor for legal clinics (criminal procedural law and immigration law), and specialized peer tutor.
Currently, she holds the role of educational tutor for the legal department at the University of Ferrara’s Department of Economics.
Furthermore, Giulia is a volunteer at the Sportello Ucraina.
