Dr. Lara Rodolfi

Lara Rodolfi is currently enrolled as a PhD candidate in the “European Union Law and National Legal Systems” PhD programme at the University of Ferrara, where she is conducting a research project entitled “La prova digitale nei processi per crimini internazionali: strategie di armonizzazione e cooperazione nell’Unione europea" (Digital Evidence in International Criminal Proceedings: Strategies of Harmonization and Cooperation within the European Union). Supervisor: Prof. Alessandra Annoni; Co-supervisor: Prof. Francesco Morelli.
In November 2025, she was appointed Subject Expert in International Law at the Department of Law in Ferrara.
She graduated cum laude from the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara with a thesis in International Law entitled "Gli obblighi di protezione delle vittime di tratta transfrontaliera: attuazione nell’ordinamento giuridico italiano e profili di tutela per le vittime di tratta nei Paesi di transito” (The Obligation to Protect Cross-Border Trafficking Victims: Implementation within the Italian Legal System and the Protection of Victims of Human Trafficking in Transit Countries) Supervisor: Prof. Alessandra Annoni; Co-supervisors: Prof. Serena Forlati and Prof. Orsetta Giolo.
