Fabio Nicolicchia is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Ferrara, where he is focusing on the study of new surveillance technologies in criminal investigations.
He graduated with highest honours at the University of Bologna School of Law in 2012. In 2015 he earned a PhD from the University of Ferrara, with a doctoral thesis entitled Relationships between Corporate Criminal Liability and Criminal Proceedings against the Individual. In 2014 he was a visiting scholar at the University of Miami - School of Law.
In the ASN 2021-2023 round he obtained the qualification for the functions of second level professor in the SSD IUS/16.
