Sara Hamado graduated in Law at University of Ferrara in 2021, discussing a thesis in Criminal Enforcement Law, entitled "Reclamo. Il tortuoso cammino verso l'effettiva giurisdizionalizzazione dei diritti dei detenuti", supervisor Prof.ssa Stefania Carnevale, co-supervisor Prof. Francesco Morelli.
After graduating, she carried out her internship ex art. 73 d.l. 69/2013 at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ferrara, as well as her legal practice.
In the academic year 2022/2023, she was a scholarship researcher within the project "UNI 4 JUSTICE - Universitas per la Giustizia. Programme for the quality of the justice system and the effectiveness of due process'.
Since November 2023, she is a PhD student at the University of Ferrara. She is enrolled in the XXXIX cycle of the PhD programme "European Union Law and National Systems" with a research project entitled "Transparency of the P.A. and strategies for preventing illegality in the public sector (Ministerial Decree 118 of 02/03/2023)", tutor Prof. Stefania Carnevale, co-tutor Prof. Daniele Negri.
Since 2021, she is a member of the extrajudicial legal guidance desk of the L'Altro Diritto Association and the Department of Law of Ferrara.
