Eleonora Dei-Cas is currently a research fellow at the Law Department of the University of Ferrara.
She graduated cum laude from the Law Department of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a dissertation on “Le investigazioni del difensore nel procedimento penale”. In 2016 she defended her doctoral thesis at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
She is the author of a monograph entitled “L’assenza dell’imputato. Modelli partecipativi e garanzie difensive”, edited by Giappichelli (2021), and of numerous essays and articles published in national law journals and contributions in collective works.
